Kilcoy (QLD) horses tips & previews

Welcome to Kilcoy for the Ladbrokes Turn On Flex Multi Mdn Plate over the 1500m journey, where punters have sorted through a handy maiden field. Looking at how the win market has shaped up for this event, Langdown Legacy sits right at the top of the order as the shortest runner. Right behind in the market order we find Shawnee Boy, followed closely by Sweedish Queen and He's A Fighter rounding out the leading quartet, setting an intriguing scene for the afternoon yarn on track.

Digging into the form behind those at the head of calculations, Langdown Legacy lines up from barrier 8 with Jake Molloy steering for trainer Kris Zahmel, carrying 58.5kg. Shawnee Boy starts from barrier 6 with Anthony Allen booked to ride for trainer J J Hubbard, also carrying 58.5kg. Meanwhile, Sweedish Queen jumps from barrier 4 with Frederick Larson in the saddle for Jimmy Downes, carrying the 56.5kg impost. He's A Fighter is another prominent chance in the market order, drawing barrier 1 for trainer G K Taylor with Georgina Cartwright taking the mount at 58.5kg.

Looking further down the runners for another angle in this Kilcoy maiden clash, we see Ellofaby drawing barrier 5 for trainer Taryn Churchill with Jason Taylor aboard, alongside Slayrider out in barrier 9 with Leslie Tilley riding for Jeron De Boeck. Lake Of Fire lines up from barrier 7 with Wayne O'Connell pulling double duty as trainer and jockey, while Quicksi rounds out the field from barrier 3 with Julie Busuttin steering for Tim Bowman. It is shaping up as a fascinating contest with plenty of tactical moves across the 1500m trip.
