It's the kind of race where a wet surface and early speed can tell the tale, and there's genuine intrigue in how the field shapes around the pace-setters.

Forrest Gump's got Brittany Button in the saddle, a jockey outperforming her career average by 29 over the last ton, and the data suggests she's got early split advantage on this circuit—handy traits at Corowa.
