Welcome to Orange for the Bank Orange Benchmark 58 over the 1600m on a good four track under fine skies. Punters looking at the win market see Grafology heading the betting boards, closely followed by Naval Officer, Take The Chance, and Boujee Gold rounding out the early faves in what shapes as a fascinating tactical battle across the mile.

Taking a look at the form behind those shorter quotes reveals some proper stories. Naval Officer comes out of the J T Mcmillan stable with Jacob Stiff steering from barrier nine, having run a narrow second in a BM66 here over this trip on a good four surface two starts back, suggesting this drop in grade brings genuine claims. Take The Chance for M C Lynch and Ken Dunbar draws barrier three with early speed after securing all honours in a small field at Leeton over the 1600m last start, staying at the same level and looking very hard to toss.
