Welcome to Randwick-Kensington for the Catanach's Jewellers Mdn Plate over the 1400m journey, where punters are lining up on an overcast afternoon with the track rating sitting at a Soft 7. Looking at the win market order, Love Story holds down the mantle as the shortest-priced runner, closely followed by Klocke, Iommi, and Memorise rounding out the leading fancies in early betting discussions.

Taking a look under the hood at the form guiding those sharp quotes, Love Story brings a promising debut performance at Warwick Farm on September 23 where she finished second as a well-fancied runner, and with G Waterhouse & A Bott combining with jockey Adam Hyeronimus from barrier six, she maps as the sole leader on the speed map. Meanwhile, Klocke for trainer C J Waller and jockey James Mc Donald showed plenty of potential when chasing hard for second at Newcastle first-up, and she looks primed to step forward second-up here. Iommi is another Waller runner worth keeping tabs on, coming off a solid third at Rosehill over 1400m where she put in some big strides late.
