Welcome to Warrnambool for the Pearsons Nursery Mdn Plate over the 1400m journey on a Good4 surface under overcast skies. Pundits eyeing off the early win market will find Plucky Enuff heading the line-up, closely followed by Symphony Sista, Sophia's Legacy, and Vanara Princess in the early betting order as punters search for a breakthrough maiden winner on the program.

Taking a closer look at the form behind those shorter quotes, Plucky Enuff jumps from barrier 2 for trainer R D Griffiths with Dean Yendall taking the reins. This runner comes in on a quick back-up after showing plenty of ticker in a couple of solid maidens to date, making for an interesting form line. Meanwhile, Symphony Sista represents local stable Symon Wilde from barrier 1 with Jack Hill booked. This runner left a decent impression on debut at this venue when heavily supported in betting back on 15 October, bringing strong claims to this assignment. Sophia's Legacy also showed up well on debut at this track over the same trip and takes natural improvement into the race from barrier 4.

Further down the order, Vanara Princess draws barrier 5 for L Smith and is worth noting after running on soundly from midfield at Swan Hill behind a smart one, while Habondia, Sophia's Legacy, and Vanara Princess are expected to roll forward from their respective gates to dictate terms in the early speed group.
