Welcome to Leinster for the Alliance Airlines Leinster Sprint, a competitive 1400m Benchmark 64+ handicap scheduled for 6:28 pm AEDT on a fine day with a good track rating. Punters sizing up the win market will find Climb On Top heading the betting lines, followed closely by Repeater, Shasfa, and Our Kiwi Princess rounding out the early fancies in what shapes as a fascinating tactical affair.

Taking a closer look at the form behind those shorter prices, market leader Climb On Top comes in for trainer P R Bamford and jockey Ebony Johnson from barrier seven, boasting a stellar record highlighted by tough victories at Broome and Moora where the galloper showed plenty of grit on the speed. Stablemate Repeater is also under notice despite failing to threaten at Leonora two starts back, having bounced away with a win at Mingenew prior under 61.5kg, while Shasfa maps to get a sweet run from barrier one after acquitting herself well at Leonora on a quick back-up.
