Welcome to Toowoomba for tonight's racing under an overcast sky and a soft five surface, where the 1110m benchmark sixty event brings together a competitive field of three and four-year-olds. Looking at the early win market order, Savage Sequel leads the betting boards as the shortest runner, closely followed by Cause She Can, Sweet Hesitation, and Happyaziam rounding out the top end of the market structure in this sharp scamper over the short trip.

Savage Sequel kicks off the form review after showing plenty on debut at Moree before making the shift to Pat W Webster, where a subsequent run at Doomben proved a bit tough but sets this runner up nicely now. Cause She Can represents K R Kemp and brings solid local Toowoomba track credentials, having fought on bravely for a runner-up spot in class two grade here over the distance last time out. Meanwhile, Sweet Hesitation drops in grade for Kristie Clark-Peoples after a reasonable fourth in heavy going at the Sunshine Coast, and Happyaziam for Adam Campton resumes off a strong maiden win at this exact track.
